Programs for Medicare and Medicare Part D Enrollees
Patient Assistance Programs
PAP eligibility guidelines about Medicare patients fall into four categories:
All Medicare patients may be eligible.
Medicare patients who did not enroll in a Part D plan may be eligible.
No Medicare patients are eligible.
Applicants are considered on a case-by-case basis or if the medication is not on the applicant's Part D plan.
The eligibility requirements are changing and varied so it's always best to find the program (click

if you need help) and read the "Eligibility and Guidelines" section of the program page. Some PAPs will make hardship exceptions.
If you have any questions about your eligibility, call the program.
